Tasks in PlanPlusTM Online are the common denominator that is the glue for the collaborative experience of all account users.
Tasks can be generated directly or as a task-step in a Project or from a stage in a Sales Process if the process builder is used.

Once the Task is Delegated the "delegated-to" person will receive an email:
The link in the email will give the receiver the opportunity to update the Task with new timing, status and notes.
