Once you have added a new user, it seems obvious, but like the "bike riding" analogy you need some help the first time.
Review the PDF from the Administrator training class (click here) to get a thorough explanation of setting up new Users.
It is Important to remember:
1. A New User must have a valid Role Assigned before he may log in.
2. Users are responsible for their own Passwords. The Administrator may assign a new User a Password, but the new User maintains that password or changes it as he wishes.
3. Users may be removed from the application by removing any Roles assigned to User profile.
