Your PlanPlustm Online account allows you to setup your existing email accounts inside the application. Once the account information is setup and you have tested the settings the you will have to ask the account to download new emails whenever you want to have the emails imported into PlanPlus. It is important to remember that the account will not automatically download your email. And, once it does down load the email, it will not delete the email from your host server.
