PlanPlustm Online has a great deal of functionality and capability.  Consequently, it is the perfect tool for many users with numerous requirements, but the challenge for our staff is to offer the appropriate training resources for each and every unique user.

Manage Customer Cases/Tickets with the Support Module

The Support Module is being used in a variety of different environments from Human Resources and Personnel Management to Sales Issue data capture and Customer Support Managemenet.  The Support Module can be deployed exclusive of all other PPOL features to provide the cornerstone for the support organization to capture customer issues, escalate and resolve, and provide Call Center performance metrics.

Setting up additional users - Add Licenses, then Users, then Roles

Once you have added a new user, it seems obvious, but like the "bike riding" analogy you need some help the first time. 

Review the PDF from the Administrator training class (click here) to get a thorough explanation of setting up new Users.

It is Important to remember:

1.  A New User must have a valid Role Assigned before he may log in.

2.  Users are responsible for their own Passwords.  The Administrator may assign a new User a Password, but the new User maintains that password or changes it as he wishes.

3.  Users may be removed from the application by removing any Roles assigned to User profile.

Designing a Report? Save a Search first

Reporting from your database is one of the most empowering aspects of PlanPlus Online.  There are a number of report tools, but to create a custom report you must first define the search criteria of the data you wish to report.  That search criteria is yours to define and save in the Advance Search area of the entity of interest.
